Classic milks

Fresh oat milk in a glass bottle

1. Everyday Oat Milk

5 min · ~1 litre · Cold program

You need: 80 g rolled oats · 1 L cold water · pinch of salt · optional: 1 date

How: Add everything to the jug, run the cold program, pour. For best texture use cold water and don't over-soak the oats — that's what keeps it from going slimy.

2. Barista Oat Blend (froths for coffee)

5 min · ~1 litre · Cold program

You need: 70 g oats · 20 g cashews · 1 tbsp coconut cream · pinch of salt · 1 L water

How: The cashews add natural fat and protein — that's what makes microfoam possible without industrial emulsifiers. Run cold, chill, then steam or froth as usual.

Creamy almond milk with raw almonds

3. Almond Milk

5 min (+ optional soak) · ~1 litre · Cold program

You need: 100 g almonds · 1 L water · pinch of salt · optional: 1–2 dates or ½ tsp vanilla

How: Soak almonds a few hours for extra creaminess (or don't — it still works). Run the cold program. Keep the pulp: recipes 11 and 12 turn it into gold.

Warm soy milk with soy beans

4. Real Soy Milk ONE BUTTON — NO STOVETOP

Hot program · ~1 litre

You need: 100 g dried soy beans (soaked overnight) · 1 L water · pinch of salt

How: Soy must be properly cooked to be digestible — which is why cold-only machines can't make it without a saucepan. Lattveo One cooks and blends it in one hot cycle. Add a date if you like it sweeter.
