Everyday Oat Milk

The one you'll make every single morning. Creamy, naturally sweet, and it costs about a tenth of the supermarket version — with nothing in it you didn't put there.
Ingredients
- 80 g rolled oats
- 1 litre cold water
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 pitted date for gentle sweetness
Method
- Add the oats, water, salt (and date if using) to your Lattveo One.
- Run the cold program.
- Pour into a sealed bottle and refrigerate. Keeps 3–5 days.

Use properly cold water and don't pre-soak the oats — that's the secret to oat milk that's creamy instead of slimy. Shake before serving: no gums means natural separation, which is exactly how fresh milk should behave.
