Creamy almond milk with raw almonds on beige linen

Creamy Almond Milk

5 minutes (plus optional soak) · Makes ~1 litre · Cold program

Shop almond milk is often 2% almonds — the rest is water, oil and thickeners. Yours will taste like almonds because it's actually made of them.

Ingredients

  • 100 g raw almonds
  • 1 litre cold water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 dates or ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Optional but worth it: soak the almonds for a few hours (or overnight) for extra creaminess.
  2. Drain, add to your Lattveo One with fresh water and salt.
  3. Run the cold program. Bottle and refrigerate — keeps 3–5 days.

The Lattveo tip

Don't throw the pulp away — it's almond flour in the making. Squeeze it, spread it on a tray, dry it in a low oven and you've got baking flour for free. Or go straight to our energy balls recipe.
