Creamy Almond Milk
5 minutes (plus optional soak) · Makes ~1 litre · Cold program
Shop almond milk is often 2% almonds — the rest is water, oil and thickeners. Yours will taste like almonds because it's actually made of them.
Ingredients
- 100 g raw almonds
- 1 litre cold water
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 1–2 dates or ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Optional but worth it: soak the almonds for a few hours (or overnight) for extra creaminess.
- Drain, add to your Lattveo One with fresh water and salt.
- Run the cold program. Bottle and refrigerate — keeps 3–5 days.
