Refund policy
We want you to actually use your Lattveo One before deciding whether to keep it. That is why we go beyond what the law requires.
The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send it back for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days is unaffected and always applies.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is a statutory right and nothing on this page limits it.
Our 30-day trial
We voluntarily extend that period to 30 days from delivery. Use the machine at home. Make oat milk, soy milk, hot chocolate, a soup. If you decide it is not for you, you can still return it for a full refund within those 30 days.
How to start a return
Email hello@lattveo.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel, or use the form on our Right of Withdrawal page.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice before the period expires. You do not need to have posted the item yet.
We will reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Sending the item back
We pay the return postage. Returning your Lattveo One costs you nothing.
Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, ideally in its original packaging, with everything that came in the box: the machine, the 40-mesh filter basket, the mini-pitcher, the bamboo cleaning brush, the user manual, and both the UK and EU power cables.
You may inspect and test the product as you would in a shop. As the law allows, a deduction may be made from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Your refund
We refund the full price of the product plus standard delivery costs, to the original payment method.
Your refund is issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or after you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
Depending on your bank, the money can take a few additional working days to appear on your statement.
The recipe book
If you bought a bundle including The Plant Milk Book, the PDF is delivered by email immediately after purchase. Because it is digital content supplied instantly with your consent, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to that item once it has been downloaded. This does not affect your right to return the machine and the accessories.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
This page covers change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, different rights apply.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Your Lattveo One is also covered by our 2-year warranty, with spare parts held in stock.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different bundle, return your order for a refund and place a new one.
