UK Stock
Shipped from the UK, delivered in 2–4 working days.
Our 2-year warranty — what it covers
Your Lattveo One is covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery: heating element, motor, blades, electronics and controls. If something fails under normal home use, we repair it or replace it — fast, because we keep spare parts in stock in the UK.
How to claim: email hello@lattveo.com with your order number, a short description and (if possible) a photo or video. A real person replies, usually within one working day. No bots, no dead ends, no "please allow 6–8 weeks".
Not covered: accidental damage, drops, limescale from lack of descaling, commercial use, or normal wear of consumable parts. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected — this warranty comes on top of them.
The 30-day trial — how it works
Use it. Make oat milk, soy milk, hot chocolate, soup. If within 30 days of delivery you decide it's not for you, email us for a return label, send it back in its original packaging, and we refund you in full once it arrives. That's the whole process.
Delivery
Orders ship from our UK warehouse within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.
Frequently asked questions
How long does one cycle take?
Cold milk takes around 5 minutes. Hot programs (soy milk, soup, hot chocolate) take a little longer, because the machine properly cooks the ingredients — that's what makes soy milk safe and delicious.
What can I make besides milk?
Oat, almond, soy, cashew, coconut and rice milk — plus hot chocolate, golden lattes, creamy vegetable soups and smoothies. One machine, your whole ritual.
Is homemade really cheaper?
Yes — dramatically. A litre of homemade oat milk costs roughly 30–50p in ingredients versus £1.80–2.50 in the supermarket. If your household drinks a few litres a week, the machine pays for itself in months.
Does it froth for coffee?
Homemade milk froths best with naturally creamy bases like almond or cashew, or oat blends with a small handful of nuts added. Our recipe guide includes a barista-style blend that steams beautifully.
How do I clean it?
Press the self-clean button — the machine rinses itself. For a deeper clean, the jug and filter rinse under warm water in under a minute. No nut-milk bags. Ever.
How long does the milk keep?
3–5 days in a sealed bottle in the fridge. It's fresh milk with no preservatives — which is exactly the point.
What do I do with the leftover pulp?
Don't throw it away — it's gold. Porridge, granola, energy balls, almond flour for baking. The recipe guide shows you how.
What's in the box?
Lattveo One, measuring cup, cleaning brush, quick-start recipe guide, and UK power cable.
Is it loud?
It blends, so it's not silent — but it's comparable to a coffee machine, and it only runs for a short burst per cycle.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We're launching in the UK first, with more countries coming soon. Join the newsletter to hear when we reach yours.
