Iced Vanilla Latte

Your coffee-shop order, at roughly 10p a glass. The vanilla-date base makes espresso taste smoother without a gram of refined sugar.
Ingredients
- 70 g oats or 40 g cashews
- 1 litre cold water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pitted date
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Everything into your Lattveo One, cold program.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour the milk, then pour a double espresso over the top and watch it marble.
