Iced vanilla oat latte with espresso marbling over ice

Iced Vanilla Latte

5 minutes · Makes ~1 litre · Cold program

Your coffee-shop order, at roughly 10p a glass. The vanilla-date base makes espresso taste smoother without a gram of refined sugar.

Ingredients

  • 70 g oats or 40 g cashews
  • 1 litre cold water
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pitted date
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Everything into your Lattveo One, cold program.
  2. Chill thoroughly.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, pour the milk, then pour a double espresso over the top and watch it marble.
