1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on lattveo.com, operated by Lattveo (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products

We sell the Lattveo One plant milk maker and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in appearance may occur. Specifications (capacity, programs, materials) are listed on each product page and reflect the product as shipped.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We ship from UK stock, typically within 1 working day, with delivery in 2–4 working days and tracking provided. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.

5. Returns & 30-day trial

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, which we extend to a 30-day home trial. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are on our Right of Withdrawal page.

6. Warranty

Every Lattveo One is covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Details on our FAQ & Warranty page.

7. Proper use

The Lattveo One is a household appliance for domestic use. Please follow the safety instructions in the manual. The warranty does not cover commercial use, accidental damage, or damage from failure to descale or clean the appliance.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your consumer rights regarding faulty goods. We are not liable for business losses; the shop is intended for consumers.

9. Intellectual property

The Lattveo name, logo, product design, photography, recipes and website content are our property and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
