Shipping policy

 

Everything below applies to orders placed on lattveo.com and delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. We are working on opening more countries. If you would like to know when we reach yours, join our newsletter.

Delivery cost

Delivery to the UK is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for remote postcodes.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our European warehouse. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from the moment your order is dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

These timeframes are estimates based on our carrier's normal service. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. In the rare event of a delay, we will keep you informed by email.

Customs, duties and VAT

Your order ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All duties and VAT are paid by us before your parcel reaches you.

There is nothing to pay on arrival: no customs charge, no handling fee, no administration fee. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment on delivery, do not pay it. Contact us at hello@lattveo.com and we will resolve it.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email containing your tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have not received your tracking link within 3 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at hello@lattveo.com. We can usually correct an address before dispatch, but once a parcel has left the warehouse we cannot redirect it.

If your parcel is late, lost or damaged

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it where possible, and contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Returns are covered separately. You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and we extend this to a 30-day trial. We pay the return postage and send you a prepaid label. Full details are on our Right of Withdrawal page.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
