Changed your mind? No problem. Here is exactly how returns and cancellations work.
The short version: UK law gives you 14 days to change your mind. Our 30-Day Trial goes further — you have a full 30 days from delivery to return your Lattveo One for a complete refund.
1. Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This statutory right is unaffected by anything else on this page.
2. Our 30-Day Trial — beyond the legal minimum
We extend your withdrawal period to 30 days from delivery. Use your Lattveo One at home — make oat milk, soy milk, hot chocolate, soup. If you decide it's not for you, you can still return it for a full refund within those 30 days.
3. How to exercise your right
Use the withdrawal form below (easiest), or email us at hello@lattveo.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will reply with a return label and simple instructions. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
4. Returning the goods
Please return the machine within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw, ideally in its original packaging with all accessories (measuring cup, brush, guide, cable). You may inspect and test the product as you would in a shop; under the law, a deduction from the refund may be made if the value of the goods has been diminished beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Your refund
We will refund the full price of the product plus standard delivery costs, using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back (or after you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier).
6. Faulty or damaged items
This page covers change-of-mind returns. If your Lattveo One arrives damaged or develops a fault, that is handled separately under your statutory rights and our 2-Year Warranty — contact us and we will repair or replace it.
