Your data
Privacy Policy
We read labels — so we assume you read privacy policies. Here is ours, in plain English.
1. Who we are
Lattveo (“we”, “us”) operates lattveo.com. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@lattveo.com.
2. What we collect
When you order or interact with us, we collect: your name, email, phone and delivery address (to fulfil your order); payment information, which is processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details; order history and support messages (to provide warranty and after-sales service); and basic analytics data (pages visited, device type) via cookies, to improve the site.
3. Why we use it (lawful bases)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (deliver your order, handle returns and warranty), for our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, improving our products), and — only with your consent — to send you marketing emails such as recipes and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
4. Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to serve you: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, delivery carriers, our email service, and analytics/advertising platforms where you have consented to cookies. We never sell your personal data. Some partners may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Warranty-related data is kept for the duration of your 2-year warranty. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or port it to another service. Email hello@lattveo.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the shop work (cart, checkout) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage preferences via your browser or our cookie banner.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve; the latest version will always be on this page.
Last updated: July 2026. This policy is provided for information and does not limit your statutory rights.
