Warm soy milk with steam and dried soy beans

One-Button Soy Milk

This is the recipe most milk makers can't do. Soy needs to be properly cooked to be digestible and delicious — which is why cold-only machines send you back to the stovetop. Lattveo One cooks and blends it in a single hot cycle. One button, real soy milk.

Ingredients

  • 100 g dried soy beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 litre water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 date, or ½ tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Drain the soaked beans and add to your Lattveo One with fresh water and salt.
  2. Run the hot / soy program — the machine cooks the beans through while blending.
  3. Serve warm, or chill for the fridge. Keeps 3–5 days.
